Shipping policy
To ensure that your package is delivered correctly and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is entered correctly. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
We don't not ship to P.O. Boxes.
 If there are any issues with your address contact customer service will reach out to try to resolve these issues. After, several attempts of contacting you, you didn't respond, your order will be canceled and your money will be refunded. If you realize that you entered your address incorrectly, please contact us Immediately and we will do our best to fulfill your request. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.Â
We ask you to keep your Billing address that is associated with your bank card or the payment will not process. If you see pending transactions on your card after being declined it will fall off and only show that you attempted to make the transaction.Â
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from AlonsBoutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will deducted from your merchandise refund.Â
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. Alon's Boutique is not held responsible for packages that state DEVERLIED.Â
This is a reminder that you will receive your order within 3-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date it was placed if you've chosen our standard shipping rate. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a day to process your order. This is just an estimate and does not include weekends and holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your orders says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We don't issue refunds for packages that are DEVERILED. Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.Â
